function to the child welfare team with respect to children and families, supported by the Agency and Alternative
Care parents.
Salary: $57,576.00 to $70,050.00

Support Functions
Minimum Education
Provide a variety of services in support of case management duties assigned by
- Post-Secondary diploma in Social
Services field
- Monitor court order access visits between Natural Caregiver families
and children in Alternative Care settings
- One (1) Year of direct experience in the
- Support and encourage families to create an ongoing safe and nurturing
environment
- Experience working with Indigenous
- Transport families and children to appropriate services, community
visits, and activities to achieve case plan objectives
Knowledge Requirements
- Relationships and Team Building

- Administration and Reporting
- Class 'G' Ontario Drivers licence, access
- Complete administrative duties and reports, and adhere to Agency
policies, procedures, and relevant practices.
- $1M auto insurance liability coverage
- Ensure confidentiality and safekeeping of al Agency documents and
- Three year (3) uncertified Drivers
