Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company's short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.What's in it for you……We're a growing business in an exciting industry. The pay rate is $45.88 per hour. Overtime may be required occasionally, and it's paid at double time.   • “Service First”. You'll recognize that our customers' livelihoods depend on the service they receive from our team.
  • Qualification. You have successfully managed a heavy equipment parts department with 2 or more employees for at least 5 years. We are ultimately looking for an individual who is motivated to solve problems, drive sales, and lead their team and has strong management experience. You're ready to apply all that you have learned in warehouse and inventory management to make Nors Construction Equipment your employees and customers' first choice.

  • Financial Knowledge. You apply financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible. You have experience with full-cycle financial management from budgeting to monthly and quarterly analysis and the ability to make decisions to stay on track.
