- Champion a culture of operational excellence by mentoring and empowering teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for daily operations manufacturing ensuring alignment with production schedules and business objectives.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SOPs and work instructions to optimize performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the execution of QMS activities, including CAPAs, deviations, and change controls, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable improvements.
- Support regulatory and client audits, representing the department with professionalism and a deep understanding of operational and compliance requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and long-term capability building.
- Approve and implement operational plans that meet internal and external expectations.
- Ensure accurate completion of review and production records to support data integrity and audit readiness.
- Lead deviation investigations and ensure timely resolution with root cause analysis.
- Oversee lot release activities, including batch record review to meet delivery and quality targets.
- The ability to be available for off shift calls is required.
- Successful completion of our security clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or a related field is required (BSc).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing, environment.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing filling, packaging, or ILP operations in a regulated industry is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with validation, batch record review, and regulatory audits is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
