Project Manager – Technology & Infrastructure (Retail)

- Plan and manage projects by defining goals, success criteria, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Coordinate project planning and installations across multiple teams
- Create, track, and manage project budgets; proactively identify and resolve variances
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Gather and understand business requirements to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Provide expert guidance and foster collaboration across teams
- Manage procurement, delivery, and installation of onsite hardware and network equipment
- Coordinate infrastructure deployment with internal technology teams
- Review and mark up technical drawings in collaboration with engineering teams
- Lead daily technology stand-ups to ensure alignment
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment
- Provide regular stakeholder updates through meetings, weekly reports, and issue tracking
- Maintain detailed and organized project documentation
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for continuous optimization
- Oversee installation validation to ensure system functionality and connectivity
- Ensure completion of documentation, financials, and project handoffs
- Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement
- 5–7 years of experience in technology or infrastructure project management
- CAPM or PMP certification (preferred)
- Proven experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
- Familiarity with networking and infrastructure concepts and best practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience in retail environments
- Experience supporting operational or maintenance-focused programs
- Strong executor in structured, fast-paced environments
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects (construction + technology is a strong plus)
- Comfortable working with tight timelines and shifting deadlines
- Confident in managing vendors and driving deliverables
- Experience with retail remodels, rollouts, or multi-site deployments
- Proactive mindset with ability to drive timelines independently
- Strong communication skills (bilingual candidates preferred)
- Fluency in English
