- Assist in giving New Hire Orientation presentations.
- Maintain departmental vacation calendars and requests.
- Keep inventory of giveaways, high-use items, and office supplies. Reorder when required.
- Assist the Geology team with sample shipments.
- Assist with procurement and relevant documentation to meet departmental needs.
- Assist with JDEdwards tasks including purchase orders and invoice tracking.
- Review and cross check invoices for accuracy.
- Review data in software systems for accuracy.
- Assist the team with schedules, calendars, meetings, travel, and events off site.
- Assist in organizing meetings and recording meeting minutes.
- Assist with policies and procedures.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and special projects.

- Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant Great Bear policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Technicial skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Comprehends and capable of interpreting technicial language.
- Possess a valid drivers license.
