Communications & ProductionPosition Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor:
  • Welcomes patrons to events under the jurisdiction of Communications & Production;
  • Scans or tears tickets, distributes programs, answers general questions;
  • Assists with the setting up of bar service and distribution of beverages and clean up of receptions;
  • Enforces concert protocol;
  • Enforces fire & safety regulations;
  • Remains attentive, visible and approachable at all times.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:Clientele oriented; basic knowledge of classical music; professional and proactive. English and French spoken. Available to work days, nights and weekends according to the concert schedules.
