Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:As the Manager, Change Management supporting the Supply Chain organization, you drive critical support as Arc'teryx accelerates growth and undergoes business transformation. This role will develop and implement training and change enablement strategies and plans in support of our End to End Planning transformation. You are responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing improvement of training programs that support the global rollout and sustainment of a new advanced planning system.This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.Meet Your Future Team:The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization.The Supply Chain team is composed of eight functions and works closely with our external partners and different areas of the business to bring the vision of our products physically to life and into the hands of our guests, wholesale partners, and retail stores. \nIf you were in the Manager, Change Management - Supply Chain role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
  • Driving End to End Planning training and change enablement initiatives across multiple business areas, particularly Supply Chain and Merchandising
  • Defining business user roles, completing regional and global role to position maps
  • Collaborating with business leaders to guide the development and execution of change initiatives related to End to End Planning
  • Ensuring training and change enablement activities are integrated into project plans, and leading their implementation, with consideration for interdependencies and timing of other organizational changes
  • Assessing change impact by identifying stakeholders, determining change readiness, and conducting analyses
  • Assessing training and readiness needs, building and deploying role-based training and implementing the design and delivery of appropriate solutions
  • Owning the creation and delivery of related training and change communications
  • Partnering with business leaders and our system integration partners in the design and definition of organizational structures and the roles within them
  • Leading, coaching, and engaging support for change sponsors, agents, and champions
  • Establishing key metrics that can be used to measure success and monitor change progress
  • Enhancing individual and organizational readiness to drive sustained growth and adaptability
  • Enabling change by effectively leveraging internal resources and support across the organization, while also ensuring alignment to the organization's strategic objectives and goals
Are you our next Manager, Change Management - Supply Chain?
  • You ideally have 5+ years relevant experience in a business environment, preferably end to end planning, Supply Chain, and/ Merchandising
  • You have demonstrated experience in a change management or technology transformation role preferably in large-scale organizational change
  • You may have direct retail experience
  • You have proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, training methodologies, and tools, and how to phase these in different Project Management stages
  • You have a strong familiarity with Agile methodology in a technology environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of how individuals experience change, and the change process
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an exceptional ability to tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences
  • You work effectively with all levels and influence and motivate others to move towards a common goal
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, developing solutions, and determining actions and next steps with minimal direction
  • You prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • You have a strong business acumen and an understanding of organizational challenges
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
