Our client is seeking a Courier Driver / Print Production Associate to support daily courier operations and onsite print production. This role involves completing scheduled mail runs, delivering materials, and assisting with printing and finishing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality output.Key ResponsibilitiesCourier & Delivery
- Perform multiple daily mail runs using a company-provided vehicle
- Deliver print jobs, mail, and office supplies to designated locations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Operate digital print equipment for basic production needs
- Perform quality checks before, during, and after print runs
- Maintain job logs and support basic reporting requirements
- Operate finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, laminating, hole punching)
- Package, label, and prepare completed materials for shipment
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support team members to meet daily production and delivery targets
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in print production, mailroom, or courier roles is an asset
- Basic knowledge of print and finishing equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable following processes and instructions
