Reviews endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance to validate that they are accurate and complete as part of the team’s service plan;
Defines general coverage requirements and drafts marketing proposals for renewals and new business;
Receives quotations and processes documentation for modifications, inclusions, removals, and renewals of policies;
Co-ordinates information alongside the Associate Account Executive and underwriter to facilitate renewal process;
In collaboration with Associate Account Executive, co-ordinates and supports planning and marketing initiatives for Broker and Account Executive;
Receives applications, prepares quotations, calculates premiums, binds coverage and coordinates applicable documentation;
Reporting to the Broker, reviews policy documentation to ensure coverage requirements have been met;
Leads by example through illustrating and communicating with all lines of business the importance of standard processes; and
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance or a relevant field;
A self-motivated professional with a client-first mindset;
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment;
A problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions to meet client needs;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written;
Client focused with proven relationship building skills.
High business acumen and professional presentation skills.
General Insurance Level One (1) License is an asset
