- Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and plans to support
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
- Develop OCM deliverables such as communication plans, training materials, user guides, and
- Support business process change activities and ensure alignment between technical changes and
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate OCM activities into project and release schedules.
- Minimum of eight (8) years experience in an OCM, IT Change and Release Management role.
- Have at least one (1) of the following certifications:
o Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)Summary
