- Recruit, onboard, and develop HVAC dealer partners throughout the Niagara region
- Own and exceed sales revenue and gross profit targets
- Design and execute territory-specific growth strategies aligned with regional market needs
- Serve as a key external representative, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and value
- Deliver expert product knowledge, training, and proactive solutions to dealer partners
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, operations, and support teams to drive customer success
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience within the Construction and/or HVAC industry
- Proven success managing dealer territories or regional accounts
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with major HVAC equipment brands is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel extensively (~90% within territory)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
