- Provide end‑to‑end logistics support for conferences and townhalls, including rooming list management, catering, seating assignments, and event registration.
- Support financial and administrative processes related to events, including invoice submission, budget tracking, and status updates.
- Assist with show flow development and coordination of event materials, including tent cards and name badges (as required).
- Support on‑site and post‑event activities, including survey results collation and post‑event reviews.
- Support the development of proposals, event overviews, and presentation decks for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage event swag logistics, including ordering, organization, inventory tracking, and distribution.
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of event apps to enhance attendee experience and communication.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Quarterly and Annual Summit Awards programs, including recipient collection and SharePoint content creation and publishing.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or diploma program in Hospitality, Business Management, Event Planning/Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
- Must be able to attend in-person events, in downtown Toronto
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Resourceful and proactive, with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
- Previous experience supporting events, conferences, or engagement initiatives.
- Experience liaising with external vendors and internal business partners.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Ability to deliver on competing initiatives under tight timelines while remaining resilient and solution‑focused.
- This position is a 4-month work term and will commence September 8th - December 18th, 2026.
