  • Providing quotations to customers and sales associates
  • Following up with quotes and expediting orders
  • Receiving requests and responding to inquiries from customers
  • Need to prepare and hand in shop drawings
  • Preparing sales orders and entering order and returns into the system
  • Evaluating customer’s needs and promoting products
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Working with outside sales representative to provide the highest level of proactive customer service to all accounts
  • Processing daily branch paperwork
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the HVAC/R industry is preferred
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products previous Syntax, AS400 experience is an asset
