Senior Business Analyst​​​​​​​

• Commercial Bank experience required: preferred in Client Onboarding (Making Changes or Resolving an Issue) but happy to see Business Analysts that have proven experience in Commercial Payments, Commercial Lending product design or administration
• These are true Business Analysts, not Business System Analysts – the candidate would be focused on user journeys/epics in the areas of Client Service and Client Onboarding in the Commercial Bank and help how business users interact with one another (PROCESS) and how users interact with the core applications e.g. Livelink, LoanIQ, APMS in-house application for credit authorizations (SYSTEM)
• While the common tasks for Client are to document current/target state operating models, holding the pen on high-level and keystroke procedures, we would like the Client to grow up to become the voice of the business users, aiming to minimize the level of time commitment that projects require from our Commercial Banking users and managers (i.e. Client becoming Business SMEs)
