WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and long-term contract renewals
  • Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful adoption of New Flyer Connect technology
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (technical support, engineering, sales)
  • Track and manage customer accounts, project updates, and key metrics using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist in the development of customer presentations, training materials, and case studies
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including pricing models and customer insights
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts related to New Flyer Connect
RequirementsWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or client support)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Exposure to working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Interest in technology, data, or the transportation industry
ASSETS:
  • Experience working with software, telematics, or technical products
  • Background in business, technology, or engineering-related fields
  • Experience delivering presentations, training, or product demonstrations
PHYSICAL & WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS
  • Primarily office-based with occasional collaboration across departments
  • Hybrid work environment based in Winnipeg, Manitoba
  • Up to 10% travel; must be eligible to travel in Canada or to the U.S.
