- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction and long-term contract renewals
- Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful adoption of New Flyer Connect technology
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams (technical support, engineering, sales)
- Track and manage customer accounts, project updates, and key metrics using Excel and internal systems
- Assist in the development of customer presentations, training materials, and case studies
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including pricing models and customer insights
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to support product and service improvements
- Support marketing and promotional efforts related to New Flyer Connect
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, account management, or client support)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Exposure to working in a manufacturing or automotive environment
- Interest in technology, data, or the transportation industry
- Experience working with software, telematics, or technical products
- Background in business, technology, or engineering-related fields
- Experience delivering presentations, training, or product demonstrations
- Primarily office-based with occasional collaboration across departments
- Hybrid work environment based in Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Up to 10% travel; must be eligible to travel in Canada or to the U.S.
