- Effectively provide mechanical maintenance support to the day-to-day operations
- Monitor applicable systems and machines for acceptable performance
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures with respect to operations
- Equipment and Machinery Change Overs – change operating characteristics of equipment
- Maintain and upkeep maintenance records/logs (ie: PM’s, down time hours, etc.)
- Passionate about being a part of a technical environment
- A highly adaptable team player who can handle multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively adapt and reprioritize work, with strong attention to detail
- A punctual worker
- A worker who can work within deadlines
- Strong physical ability and ability to stand for long periods and lift to 40 Ibs
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma, with Electrical / Mechanical Diploma preferred
- Driver’s License, Forklift License, Aerial Platform / Fall Arrest, WHMIS
- Minimum of three years’ experience: most notably in industrial, mechanic and manufacturing
- Basic computer skills
