- Ensure all business operations are done in accordance with company goals and standards.
- Own the relationship with our customers and end users at each level by conducting business with them utilizing Chervon’s core values.
- Identify incremental business opportunities within current key accounts.
- Develop and secure new flagship partners/Dealers for brands (EGO, FLEX, SKIL, SKILSAW).
- Develop end user relationships with all levels of government as well as privately owned end users in the commercial landscape & commercial construction space.
- Attend dealer, national and regional trade shows and meetings and events promoting all Chervon products.
- Provide training and sales support for dealers in his/her region.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related business degree preferred
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in a dealer environment
- Outdoor power equipment and power tools experience a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter motivated by revenue and share growth
- Ability to work independently, virtually and across the organization
- Superb follow-through, problem-solving and communications skills
- Strong negotiation and financial aptitude
- Ability to think strategically while driving tactical execution
- Ability to work under pressure– recognize urgency, reset priorities, complete projects on time and continue to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
