- Advanced skills in GembaDocs, Scribe, and Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability to develop and assist in the building and alignment of new processes
- Proficient in typing at 50+ WPM

- Manages the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of the TWI (Training Within Industry) Job Instruction (JI) program
- Enhances trainer and facilitator effectiveness by maintaining comprehensive documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Oversees the TWI Library to maintain integrity, security, and version control of all knowledge assets
- Oversees Work Instruction (WI) and Job Instruction Breakdown (JIB) databases
- Ensures all technical submissions adhere to established formatting and document control standards
- Performs final Quality Control (QC) audits on all documentation prior to release
- Facilitates the revision lifecycle with the CWD Trainer, managing transitions from established processes to formalized Work Instructions
- Manages the Corporate Training Matrix, maintaining accurate training records, schedules, and sign-offs
- Updates Competency forms as needed and coordinates approvals
- Maintains verified trainer and leader directories to ensure targeted and efficient stakeholder communication
- Conducts shop visits to support trainers
- Tracks improvement recommendations and oversees their successful execution
