Innovation is our driving force, propelling us into the future of aviation.Join us in redefining aviation standards and unleashing your potential in an environment where your aspirations can truly take flight!SummaryThe Intern/Co-op student will support Execaire Aviation's Marketing & Lead Generation team across day-to-day marketing activities, communications (internal and external), digital and social media initiatives, campaign development, and lead generation support. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B marketing, brand communications, and business aviation within a professional aviation environment.ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign Support

Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns
Support the creation of advertising assets, including digital ads, campaign visuals, and promotional content
Assist with campaign calendars, timelines, and coordination across teams
Support internal communications, including updates, announcements, and internal marketing materials
Assist with external communications, including website content updates, newsletters, and client-facing materials
Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
Support basic content planning, captions, and creative ideas aligned with Execaire Aviation's brand
Monitor engagement and assist with social media analytics and reporting

Lead Generation & CRM Support

Support lead generation and market research initiatives in coordination with Sales and Marketing
Assist with data collection, validation, and entry into Salesforce CRM
Support CRM segmentation, reporting, and data activities
Assist with tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, website traffic, and social media analytics
Help prepare marketing performance summaries and presentations for internal stakeholders

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or Aviation-related program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing and social media
Comfortable working with data, analytics, and marketing tools
Interest in aviation considered an asset
