Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED1 year of customer service experience required and experience in contact center is a plus.While the role is not technical support you will be expected to utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to dayAble to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessmentProficiency in fast-paced multi-taskingEagerness to learn new technologiesProficiency in fast-paced multi-taskingPersonal qualities/skills important to the role (tech, service, etc)WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The base salary range for this position is $16.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
