Location: Winnipeg, MBOur client, a growing commercial flooring company in Winnipeg, is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to oversee awarded flooring projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating installations, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality delivery for commercial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial flooring projects from award through completionReview drawings, specifications, and project requirements with sales and estimating teamsConduct site visits to confirm readiness for installationCoordinate installers, subcontractors, and trades throughout the projectManage material deliveries and project logisticsMonitor schedules, track progress, and support monthly billing updatesEnsure deficiencies and warranty work are completed and signed offParticipate in project reviews to identify improvements and efficienciesQualifications3+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction or flooringDiploma or degree in Business, Project Management, Construction, Interior Design, or related fieldValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleStrong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management softwareExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesWork Environment
This role is primarily office-based with frequent visits to project sites across Winnipeg.
