Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Responsibilities include:Shipping Duties:· Operate forklifts to load outgoing shipmentso Prepare parts for shipment, including crating, skidding, blocking, banding, strapping, and wrappingReceiving Duties:o Unload incoming materials using forkliftso Inspect and verify raw materials and semi-finished goods from service providerso Receive and check incoming goods against FFL BlueSky purchase ordersProduction Support:o Assist with assembly of FFL BlueSky productso Perform shop pressing, tagging, marking, cleaning, spraying, coating, boxing, labeling, and packaging as neededInventory Management:o Support inventory control activities including picking, transferring, and storage of materialso Maintain organization of inventory in both shop and yard areasGeneral Shop Duties:o Contribute to various shop tasks as required to support daily operationsQualifications:Qualifications & Skills· Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment· Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes· Forklift certification is an asset· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team· Good communication and interpersonal skills· Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment· Exceptional time management skills· High level of verbal and written communication skills· Highly energetic and self-starter· Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills· Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities effectively· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skillsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
