- Collaborate with design teams to ensure shaft designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Oversee piling and excavation activities related to shaft construction, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project plans
- Coordinate the installation and relocation of utilities, including water, gas, and electrical systems, in relation to shaft projects
- Assist in the planning and execution of road and bridge construction projects, ensuring integration with shaft structures
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports specific to shaft projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, regarding shaft projects
- Ensure that all project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are allocated efficiently for shaft construction
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Monitor shaft construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise promptly
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the civil infrastructure sector, with a focus on shafts and/or deep excavation, shoring and structural works
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with permit processes and regulatory compliance
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera)
