I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a passionate, high-achieving team. ~Aidan Rogers, Manager, Account ManagementThe Senior Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing existing clients, having mastered the Level 1 functions of an Account Manager, with an increased focus on driving sales growth and overall retention levels. The Senior Account Manager manages client relationships, develops account strategies, and excels in forecasting and closing deals. Additionally, they possess strong relationship-building skills, mentor junior team members, and contribute to improved retention metrics and upsell opportunities.Absorb has one of the highest client retention rates in the LMS industry and we're thrilled to be looking to add an exceptional individual to our Account Management Team.Would you like to hear more about the culture at Absorb? Check out the video below:What you'll do:Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through upsells and cross sellsNegotiate client contract renewals with a focus on increased Annual Recurring Revenue and long-term relationshipsGenerate and close new for opportunities for 'land and expand' within assigned accountsGenerate proposals and other client facing documentation to assist your sales processIdentify and develop meaningful client relationshipsAccurately manage and report your sales pipeline monthly and quarterlyThoroughly understand Absorb subscription models to effectively answer client questionsParticipate in team meetings and projects to improve sales processes & sales outputDevelop strong internal relationships to support client lifecycleKeep up to date with latest product releases and training seminars to ensure thorough product knowledgeWhat you'll bring:Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)Proven ability to manage client relationships (including upselling) with a minimum 3 years of experienceVery strong time management and organizational skillsVery strong verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude, strong team playerAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that changes constantlyAdditional preferred qualifications:SaaS (or Technology) sales experienceExperience working with a global client baseStrong MS Office skills - primarily Excel and PowerPointFluency in additional languagesExperience working with industry tools such as SalesforceTechnologies we use:
