- Organize and maintain lease files, contracts, and property documentation
- Coordinate vendor and tenant insurance requirements (OHS, WCB, etc.)
- Process expense reports and support credit card reconciliations
- Assist with utility billing and reconciliation
- Support tenant coordination and document preparation
- Prepare presentations, reports, and written communications
- Manage office administration including mail, couriers, filing, and supplies
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, energetic attitude with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
- Experience with business writing, reports, and presentations
- Strong attention to detail with critical thinking skills
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
