- Execute verification / assurance activities related to the implemented elements / critical processes from the Operational Management System (OMS)
- Verify findings with operational representatives to ensure verification/assurance results are accurate
- Work effectively to ensure verification activities are planned and executed in a timely manner and in accordance with department priorities and project plans
- Understand the specific details of the desired outcomes and documented criteria for company-wide processes including OMS processes
- Prepare presentations including findings and recommendations from verification/assurance reviews
- Assist with the continuous improvement of company-wide processes for the OMS framework by sharing verification/assurance results, identifying gaps and making recommendations
- Manage 2-3 projects concurrently depending on size and complexity
- Build detailed project plans for own projects and align with other key departmental objectives
- Coordinate the use of (internal and external) Subject Matter Experts brought in to support the review of company-wide processes as required
- Must be detailed driven and be process orientated
- System thinker and comfortable following documented processes and procedures
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Project Management background an asset
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Operations
- Post-secondary education
