Location: On-siteEducation RecommendationsCurrently enrolled in a diploma or certificate College program preferably within Business Administration with an interest in Office Administration or related field with an accredited school in Canada.Responsibilities:As part of our team, you will:
  • Expertly manage purchase orders, supplier invoicing, and financial processes for timely resource acquisition.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, handling expense reporting meticulously.
  • Proactively handle office support requests, ensuring team readiness while fostering collaboration through logistical support for events.
  • Maintain internal systems, manage documentation, and facilitate communications, becoming a reliable resource for company policies.
  • Utilize internal tools, including travel and procurement platforms, to effectively support R&D teams in their operational needs.
  • Organize and manage department events, such as meetings, lunches, and team-building activities, honing your event planning skills.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency, contributing to solutions that drive project success and innovation.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, positioning yourself as a key player in our procurement and finance strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams) and digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Solid experience with Nokia tools such as Concur, Ariba, SRM, and BluePlanet.
  • Experience in arranging domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation).
  • Basic problem-solving abilities for routine tasks following established guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
