Our team and what we'll accomplish togetherAs a Physiotherapist at TELUS Health, your primary role is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to our clients within an interdisciplinary healthcare setting. You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of concerns including, but not limited to, chronic disease management, sports-related injuries, and acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.At TELUS Health, we are committed to innovative, science-backed methodologies that produce measurable, meaningful outcomes.   • Conduct comprehensive one on one assessments, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and client education.
  • Functional and musculoskeletal assessments for workers on modified duties or restrictions
  • Support for return to work planning and progression, in collaboration with the onsite clinic
  • Optional individual physiotherapy sessions for workers seeking treatment (billed to insurance or self-pay)
  • General injury prevention or education support as time allows
  • Manage the full continuum of physiotherapy care: assessment, intervention, progress tracking, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with the standards of the College of Physiotherapists.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing education and guidance on treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the integration of physiotherapy within broader care programs such as workplace accommodations and return to work support.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • 2–4 years of clinical experience, preferably with a focus on musculoskeletal conditions and/or chronic pain management
  • Proven knowledge of physiotherapy practices related to the assessment and treatment of complex and chronic pain conditions
  • Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based approaches in musculoskeletal assessment and pain management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, families, interdisciplinary team members, external stakeholders, and community therapists
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including proficiency in clinical documentation and report writing
  • Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with sound clinical judgment and effective problem-solving abilities
