Production Quality Planner (Pre-Serial)

• Defining quality specifications for PPAP-related parts, incl. the associated documentation
• Defining and drawing up the relevant control plans, incl. the associated communications with all areas involved
• Defining, creating and establishing the associated test planning in the CAQ system (SAP QM)
• Defining the test instructions for CAQ or by means of a separate test sheet
• Defining suitable measurement devices and test gauges to verify defined test criteria in coordination with BU Production Quality
• Ensuring the performance of measuring system analyses (MSA) for measurement devices
• Validating and approving specific product-related Poka-Yoke systems
• Checking that the drawings meet the specifications (customer standards/legal requirements) and comply with feasibility requirements; initiating any additional steps that may be required (escalation)
• Defining and documenting the list of special characteristics together with the customer, e.g. SCAAF, SC list, etc
• Assisting the technical department with drawing up PPAP-related documents
• Assisting with customer audits for the Business Unit for PPAP-related audits
• Assisting the technical department with the PFMEA and flowchart
• Assisting the technical department regarding feasibility, concept planning, quality aspects etc. for new projects/products
• Assisting the technical department with defining and approving production machines for new projects/products in all project phases
• Responsible for handing over the entire project ready for series production (incl. complete documentation) to the Quality Engineer Production
