As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for defining, planning and ensuring the local implementation of the Canadian sales strategy, in order to achieve business objectives. You will be expected to conduct all necessary business development and sales activities, training, and support to drive sales of thermal monitoring solutions, while also acting as an advocate for the health of electrification systems and a trusted partner in the condition monitoring space. Sales strategy: Create, plan and implement local sales, go-to-market and strategic business development initiatives, in line with the North American sales strategy. Develop and implement annual market development plans that meet the needs of the domestic market, in collaboration with OEMs and relevant partners. Perform market analysis and set appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to formulate country plans with targeted segments, solutions, and channels/partners. Build a partner network with the OEMs and installers/ service partners, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensure success delivery to the clients. University degree or college diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum seven (7) years of electrical industry sales/ marketing and/or engineering experience. Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation is being offered for this role. Candidates must live within 80km of either one of the following locations Calgary AB, Edmonton, AB, Montreal QC, Quebec City QC, Ottawa ON, Toronto ON, Vancouver BC, Winnipeg, MB. University degree in Electrical/ mechanical/ power or telecommunications or a college diploma in Business/ marketing. 10+ years of electrical industry sales experience. Experience with Medium and Low voltage power distribution equipment, Medium and Low voltage control equipment, 3 Phase UPS system, Transformers, busduct. Managerial or leadership experience.
