- Build and lead the Product Intelligence & Insights function at PagerDuty, responsible for measuring and communicating product performance across all lines of business.
- Define core metrics, instrumentation standards, and analytic frameworks that enable our product and business teams to operate with confidence.
- Lead Product Management for the external-facing customer analytics experience, aligning internal telemetry with externally communicated value.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure product telemetry is accurate, comprehensive, and actionable.
- Uncover friction points, engagement gaps, and expansion opportunities through user behavior and lifecycle analysis.
- Drive strategy on how we evaluate success of feature adoption, trial conversion, monetization experiments, and pricing outcomes.
- Develop self-serve dashboards and deliver executive-level insight narratives that inform roadmap, GTM, and strategic-investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, GTM, Finance) to integrate product data with broader customer, financial, and market signals.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product analysts and product managers.
- Evangelize a culture of insight, experimentation, and product learning across the company.
- 10+ years of experience in product analytics, growth strategy, or product insights roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-impact product analytics or product intelligence teams.
- Deep product intuition with a strong understanding of user behavior, growth funnels, and feature adoption patterns.
- Skilled in applying product analytics to drive decisions across self-service, PLG, enterprise, and monetization use cases.
- Experience owning or contributing to external-facing customer reporting, dashboards, or value articulation tools.
- Proficient in modern product analytics tools (e.g., Periscope, Snowflake, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. You can simplify complexity and influence at all levels.
- Experience partnering with senior product, design, and engineering stakeholders to shape strategy and execution.
