- Demonstrated success in the sales of electric motors, industrial controls, or automation equipment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with a preference for MS Dynamics.
