- A salary starting at $35/hour minimum, adjusted based on your classification
- Bonuses: +$2.25/hour for road service, +$2/hour for evening shifts, $80/week for on-call duty

- Detect and repair breakdowns and malfunctions, ensuring machines operate efficiently and safely
- Maintain all machinery systems and mechanisms: engines, transmissions, fuel systems, charging and starting systems, electrical and electronic systems, hydraulic systems, etc.
- Complete work orders, digital maintenance records, and parts requests
- Use computers and specialized software for diagnostics and troubleshooting
- On a rotating basis, be available evenings and weekends for emergency service
- DEP (vocational diploma) in construction equipment mechanics, electrotechnics, or heavy vehicles
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (machinery and/or road service)
- Experience repairing diesel engines and electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components
- Comfortable using computer tools
- Basic English proficiency (reading service manuals)
- Ability to handle difficult clients
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
- Self-sufficient and resourceful
