Senior Administrative Assistant, Anticipatory Opportunities - Contract - 18943About the OpportunityWe are building a talent pipeline for upcoming Senior Administrative Assistant contract roles anticipated to open with our clients. While there is no immediate vacancy at this time, we encourage enthusiastic and qualified candidates to express their interest now to be considered for future contract opportunities.   • Providing senior-level administrative support to executives, directors, or management teams
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging logistics including virtual and in-person meetings
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing related expense claims
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients
  • Supporting meeting preparation including agendas, documentation, and minute-taking
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Assisting with project coordination, tracking action items, and supporting departmental initiatives
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support team operations
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Several years of experience providing administrative or executive support in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, French considered an asset
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documents and correspondence
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives is considered an asset
About the JobThis role would offer between $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.
