Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Officer (part time) to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Location: Montréal, QC
Location Type: Hybrid; 2 days on site Wednesday/Thursday
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am to 8pm (Must be available to cover different shift hours on a rotation model)
30 hours per week (part time)Job Responsibilities:
  • Supporting callers (employees / government / merchants)
  • Responsible for managing calls from both internal and external partners, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, resolve complaints with composure, and collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure exceptional caller experience
  • Work towards meeting specific performance targets, including call handling time and caller satisfaction
  • Staying informed on the latest product knowledge and procedures will be essential to succeed in this role
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English and French) - read, write, speak
  • Excellent communication skills (written &verbal) in both French and English
  • Active listening skills are essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Office) and MS Suites - Basic
