- Partner with media planning teams to audit measurement models and coordinate with analytics to fill gaps.
- Shape measurement frameworks-MMM, attribution, audience insights-that inform campaign strategy and optimization.
- Harness generative AI and agent-based automation to streamline deliverables like client presentations, dynamic dashboards, and narrative storytelling.
- Envision and drive AI-enabled processes that speed up ideation, reporting, and strategic output.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling insights for clients at the senior level.
- Support pitch efforts and new business proposals by contributing analytics-driven strategy and demonstrating ROI opportunities.
- Embed analytics as a value driver across client accounts, championing data-led decision-making.
- Act as the key liaison across planning, investment, analytics, and client teams-ensuring alignment and delivering on measurement objectives.
- Mentor junior analytics team members in both technical and narrative execution.
- Experience: 3-5 years in analytics, planning, or media strategy roles-ideally with exposure to finance or CPG sectors.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable reading and interpreting SQL queries, Python code, dashboards, and marketing data models-coding is supportive, not mandatory.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated usage of generative AI or automated agents-maybe you've used AI to automate report generation, create presentation outlines, or assist with analytics storytelling.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional at simplifying complex concepts into narratives that influence non-technical audiences.
- Client & BD Savvy: Skilled at stakeholder management, presentation design, and helping advance new business or account growth.
