📍 Lindsay - Kawartha Lakes*** Supervision Available***Position Overview
Our Client is seeking a Full-Time Family Physician to join a large, established clinic in Lindsay, Ontario. This is an exceptional opportunity offering immediate access to over 4,000 attached patients within a well-supported clinical environment.This role is ideal for a physician seeking stability, strong income potential, and community-based practice with lifestyle balance.Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time permanent position
Compensation & Structure
  • Compensation target: $300,000-$350,000 annually
  • Three-month income stabilization period (no overhead)
  • 25% overhead after stabilization
  • Four-term contract structure
  • Local physician recruitment incentives available (often up to $50,000, depending on eligibility)
  • Option to operate under a full rostered model if preferred
Practice Environment
  • Large clinic space
  • Immediate patient volume
  • Strong administrative and clinical support
  • Community-based care setting
Requirements
  • Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
(CPSO supervision available through Physician on site) * CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
