You'll support efficient operations and continuous improvements across sites in the Americas region, ensuring the effective adoption, control, and monitoring of Alstom’s core operational systems, processes, and data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (including Business Process Owners, Key User networks, and IS&T partners), provide expert support for solving system and process challenges, and drive improvements in data integrity and process efficiency.
You’ll specifically take care of streamlining logistics flows, warehouse management processes, and MPS planning activities, but also help lead initiatives to enhance regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the adoption of new technologies and tools.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring understanding and efficient usage of core systems, processes, and dataSupporting the optimization of logistics flows, warehouse management processes, and MPS planning activities across the regionProviding expert support to resolve system/process/data challenges and sharing common solutions across sitesSupporting site maturity, productivity ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitoring and ensuring data integrity while reinforcing master data governanceImplementing a control tower approach to ensure adherence to core processesSupporting KPI improvement initiatives for the regionSupporting the animation and empowerment of the Key User network in the Americas regionDelivering new Key User training and providing refresher training as neededCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure integration across streams for end-to-end processesManaging change and supporting future process and tool releasesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Leadership and influencing skills to drive change and inspire teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
- Ability to perform in ambiguous and challenging situations, effectively managing change and uncertainty
- Background or interest in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning processes
- Knowledge of SAP systems and business operations
- Fluent in English
- Work with innovative tools and technologies for operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues
