This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Café program to Aritzia clients.As the Barista, A-OK Café, you will support with delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless—from a rewarding career in Food & Beverage to continued growth and development within Aritzia.THE ROLEAs the Barista, A-OK Café you will:Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiencyInform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliersUphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operationsSupport in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food wasteMaintain the condition and cleanliness of our spacesTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Barista, A-OK Café has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & BeverageA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $25 CAD/hour. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
