- Lead budgeting processes in alignment with company goals, collaborating across departments
- Analyze financial data to uncover insights, trends, and risks that inform executive decisions
- Deliver timely and clear financial reports, forecasts, KPIs, and variance analysis
- Oversee accurate month-end and year-end close processes in compliance with standards
- Manage cash flow forecasting and long-term financial planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards
- Support audit processes and respond to audit requirements
- Guide and mentor finance team members to support their growth and development
- Stay up to date with financial regulations and ensure accurate implementation
- Lead or support ad hoc financial projects as needed
- CPA designation and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance (IFRS/US GAAP is a plus)
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and financial planning tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in FX risk management is a bonus
