Staffmax is currently hiring a Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator for one of our esteemed clients in Winnipeg. This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately.Key Responsibilities:Primarily set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines that process plastic compounds through dies to create continuous plastic products such as profiles, pipes, sheets, or filmsChange dies for production changes and ensure proper machine setupMonitor material quality and perform regular quality checks using calipers and other measuring toolsPerform minor equipment repairs and adjustments as neededMaintain continuous machine operation in a 24/7 production environmentLift materials up to 50 lbs as requiredShift & Compensation:Seeking a candidate for the evening shift (3 PM - 11 PM)Morning shift may be considered for the right candidatePay: $20-$22 per hourBenefits begin after completing the 3-month probation periodWorkplace Perks:Free onsite coffeeLarge lunchroomFree parkingFriendly and supportive team environmentClean and well-organized manufacturing facilityWe appreciate all applicants; however, only those qualified for this role will be contacted.
