We are WSP.The OpportunityWSP Global's procurement team is seeking Procurement process business analyst focused on process and governance to support the Global Procurement Director, Process and Systems. This position is ideal for someone passionate about procurement operations, policy compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include process analysis, governance support, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic alignment. Be part of a team that values your ideas, expertise, and growth.Your ImpactDocument and enhance procurement processes to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize resource allocation.Support the implementation and monitoring of procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Assess impacts of new initiatives or proposed changes on existing processes and tools, providing insights on potential effects on outcomes.Contribute to the strategic planning process and ensure alignment with WSP's procurement strategies.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement workflows and governance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote process harmonization and share best practices.The skills that set you apartBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, business analysis, or process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).Experience with process mapping and documentation is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio is an asset.Experience working in a consulting engineering or construction environment is an asset.Experience working with procurement is an asset.Bilingual (French and English) written and verbal communication skills is an asset.Why choose WSP?We exist to shape communities to advance humanity.
