- Monday-Friday, business hours
- Based in office, Lethbridge, AB
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Prepare financial statements and data compilation for your team and external accountants
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring clients are communicated with regarding their accounts
- Prepare GST and compliance returns
- Complete monthly reconciliations across accounts
- Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, general ledgers, and other records
- Assist with forecasting both internally and for clients
- 2+ years’ experience in full cycle accounting
- 1 year experience with QuickBooks software
- Post secondary education in Business administration, accounting, or equivalent
- Strong problem solving skills, including resolution focused thinking
- Proven communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
- Time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly
