- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, technical support, and general account questions.
- Provide tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and promoting the latest services, devices, and offers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate and guide customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales, and service details in CRM systems.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and service updates.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, actively listen, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the local office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
