- Be a strategic partner to our business leaders by collaborating with business leaders to identify talent gaps, develop succession plans, and address workforce challenges.
- Collaborate on organizational structure design to align with strategic business objectives.
- Work closely with recruitment team to refine and implement strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop proactive solutions to meet business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business and functional HR to inform strategy and program planning.
- Advise on compensation decisions, salary adjustments, promotions, and reward programs, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Plan and Implement HR programs, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and regional needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, manage conflict resolution, and support leadership in addressing performance issues.
- Provides support to leaders collaboratively with the Disability team and/or Health & Safety teams to assist with complex aspects of the disability management program, return to work and assessing accommodations for return to work.
- Support Change Management initiatives, improve employee engagement, and ensure effective onboarding.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, support onboarding processes, and ensure a positive organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HRBP experience, ideally in a multi-location or regional context.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, Ontario and Quebec labor laws, and compensation management.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Excellent rapport building, coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using data to inform HR decisions.
- Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
- Bilingual in both English and French( Preferred) to be able to communicate across our bilingual teams in Ontario and Quebec
