Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. The committee also plans holiday decorations, charity raffles, and outdoor events, helping create a warm and friendly community.Your ImpactAt Newmont, you will play a critical role in safely transporting people, equipment, and materials that keep our operations running efficiently. Your commitment to safety and reliability directly supports site productivity and the wellbeing of our crews.As Part of Our Team, You Will

Safely operate crew transportation vehicles, including 40‑passenger off‑highway buses.
Operate various heavy and off‑highway equipment, as required.
Conduct pre‑operational inspections, routine maintenance, and complete logbook documentation.
Secure and transport equipment, freight, and materials in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Navigate challenging terrain and severe weather conditions while maintaining operational excellence.
Uphold Newmont’s strong safety culture at all times.

Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role

Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
5+ years of hauling experience in a similar role.
Experience with heavy equipment and off‑highway equipment (asset).
Knowledge of logbook regulations, hazardous goods handling, and safe work procedures.
Experience with highway driving and/or bus driving.
Ability to adapt, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and perform effectively under pressure.

Your Work Environment

Mine‑site based role with exposure to rugged terrain and variable weather conditions.
Work schedules may include extended hours and shift work.
Safety‑sensitive environment where adherence to procedures and teamwork is essential.
