- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of the Brand Ambassador Program, supporting both internal and external ambassadors
- Help maintain organization of ambassador lists, tiers, and profiles
- Support onboarding processes, including outreach, vetting, and briefing of new ambassadors
- Support communication with ambassadors, helping foster strong and authentic relationships
- Assist in managing ambassador requests, follow-ups, and general inquiries
- Contribute to building a positive and engaging ambassador experience
- Collaborate with the PR & Influencer team to support ambassador participation in campaigns, launches, events, and gifting initiatives
- Assist in coordinating product seeding, gifting logistics, and campaign deliverables
- Help ensure content aligns with brand aesthetic and current trends
- Support tracking of ambassador activity, deliverables, and timelines
- Assist in monitoring content performance, engagement, and overall program impact
- Help compile reports and insights to support team learnings and optimizations
- Must be recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, PR, and social media trends
- Passion for fashion and a solid understanding of the Dynamite brand aesthetic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with influencer platforms or social media analytics tools is an asset
- Interest in AI tools and how they can support content creation and community management is a plus
