- Empathetic Design Development: Deeply understand the needs and challenges of our members, especially those with specific health issues or wellness goals, and translate these insights into impactful product designs.
- End-to-End Journey Management: Oversee the entire user journey, from signup to onboarding, activation, and retention, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Agile Research and Innovation: Spearhead pragmatic, rapid research within the scrum team. Foster an experimental approach to validate design decisions and swiftly identify optimal solutions.
- Inclusive and Accessible Interface Creation: Ensure the app's design is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities or limited technology proficiency, maintaining high standards of inclusivity in all design elements.
- Elevating Team Performance: Act as a catalyst for excellence within the design team, inspiring and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Technology teams, advocating for a user-centric approach in all projects.
- UI/UX Expertise: At least 7 years in UI/UX design, evidenced by a portfolio of user-friendly digital products.
- Proven Experience in B2C Design: Demonstrable experience in B2C app design, with a focus on user growth, journey refinement, and usability enhancement.
- Strong Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and solutions clearly to different audiences, including team members, leadership, and external partners.
- Leadership in Solution Discovery: Ability to lead solution discovery processes and effectively communicate findings and strategies to peers, directors, and vice presidents.
- Expertise in Visual and Interaction Design: Exceptional skills in creating aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Background in healthcare-related design projects, with experience in creating comprehensive user journeys that encompass both provider and member perspectives. ( Nice to have)
