  • Depth in Scheduling, Planning, Cost & Commercial Management: You've led cross-functional controls teams that integrate cost forecasting, schedule analytics, and risk frameworks to drive milestone success
  • GC & Major Project Experience: You've delivered in the public infrastructure space, guiding multi-billion-dollar, multi-disciplinary programs with strong governance and accountability
  • Joint Venture & Collaborative Contracting Expertise: You understand the dynamic of shared risk and reward in JV environments and thrive on aligning stakeholders around transparent decision-making
  • Relationship & Team Leadership: You're known for your ability to build high-trust, high-performance teams and create synergy between technical, financial, and delivery functions
