- Lead and coach Compliance Technicians to meet environmental regulations
- Monitor site environmental performance and report incidents and trends
- Conduct audits and inspections against permits and policies
- Manage environmental reporting and regulatory submissions
- Partner with regulators, First Nations, and contractors
- Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years’ experience in environmental compliance within mining or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial environmental regulations
- Experience leading teams and preparing compliance reports
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Remote camp setting with private accommodations
- Onsite meals, gym, recreation, and entertainment facilities
- Travel allowance and transportation arrangements provided
- Rotational schedule: 13 days on / 13 days off
- Drug & alcohol-free workplace (pre-employment testing required)
